Kun Official currently ships within West Malaysia regions only.

Your purchased product(s) normally will take up to 7 to 10 working days to reach. However, please allow some delays due to courier service scheduling.

For wholesale orders, kindly allow a lead time of 7 to 14 working days for our production team to prepare your order prior to delivery/pick-up arrangements. Lead time might vary in accordance to order quantity and products availability.

In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong product or damaged products being delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days after receiving the products and a replacement will be delivered upon checking and identifying by our relevant team.

 

Courier Delivery:

For door-to-door delivery, we will attempt to deliver your order as soon as your order is ready for delivery. The first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule.

We will deliver your order to your door-step or someone you have authorized to receive your order on your behalf.
